This is a fabulous everyday bread. Put this ingredients in the Zo bread machine...shoot, I'll get back to the timing at a future date.
1 3/4 c water
2 T butter
1/4 c honey
2 T dry milk powder
4 3/4 cup whole grain flour
1/3 c vital gluten flour
2 t salt
1 T SAF yeast
1 t dough enhancer
